Antique Checkerboard Zig Zag Border Handmade Quilt

Antique checkerboard with zig zag border handmade quilt c. 1880’s. Striped backing. This is a smaller quilt at 53″ x 60″ great for a throw/lap quilt or child’s quilt. Small fraying, staining and a repair on the backing. Fabric label sewn on stating at one point it was purchased from an estate in NJ 1999.
